Took a month to complete. Recruiter contacted me for phone interview. Then spoke to hiring manager.. flew in onsite for in person interview..heard back after a few weeks. Got a phone call with and offer and I accepted

Applied online, brief phone interview, 3 30 minute interviews back to back. It was frustrating because one of the interviewers had no interest in hiring me at all based off of how he interacted with me from the start. There's a difference between trying to determine if I am qualified/capable and flat out making me feel incompetent for even applying. I could've had all the right answers and it wouldn't have mattered at all. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
