Entretien
The process was very progressive and I heard back within 2 weeks after putting in an application. I received a call from talent acquisition to schedule an in-person interview. When I arrived to the office there was no receptionist or security guard,a helpful employee got a manager for me. The manager was apologetic and greeted me warmly, walking me back to a comfortable conference room. The interview wasn't with whom I expected, however the interview was very conversational. I received an offer of employment 2 business days after the interview.

Tell me about a time you had to work with limited information on a tight deadline. What did you do and what was the outcome?
The interview process went well. The interviewer was professional, nice and respectful. Very engaged, everything was great! I was asked about my experience as well as who I am as a person which I really appreciated.
Smooth interview process. Be advised sometimes it takes awhile to process your application and get a start date. Other than that easy process. They screened me by phone first then I got an interview.

Mainly personality trait questions and some professional work environment questions. Pretty straightforward. Two interview managers. However not intimidating at all. They did ask the basic customer service interview questions that you would normally get. Very easy to prepare for.
