One phone screen with Zandy (HR individual) and three video chats (including a consulting style case) with the hiring manager and other senior team members. Next step in the process was an on-site interview, which I ultimately passed on as I accepted another opportunity. The overall process was very quick and fair - this was in part due to Zandy. He was always available to chat and quick to follow-up via text or phone call. I always knew where I stood in the process because of his communicative style, which was appreciated.
