Recruiter called me for an open position that she felt fit with my background. We spoke 1:1 and decided it the open positon was not a good fit for my background (too low level), so she setup an interview for me to meet with one of the General Managers. My 1:1 meeting with the GM worked out well and a day of interviews was arranged with the foremost decision makers at the Cincinnati office. These interviews were professional and fair

Entretien
Very reasonable questions and pleasant interviewers. The first interview was with a recruiter who seemed really helpful and supportive. The second was with the hiring manager, and she was also very pleasant and professional.
