Round 1st - it happen with client where they asked regarding all the project on my CV which really went well hence preceded to round 2. Round 2nd - it happened along with all first round interviewer and other team members which also went really well. They had ask more in detail questions regarding my roles responsibility and knowledge which i cleared hence proceeded to 3rd round. Round 3rd-(F2F Round at Pune office)- was taken by Atul A*** which started of with intro followed by salary discussion. As I mentioned my expected salary which was as per market standards only, To which he countered a very rude manner and started teaching life lessens that it is a loop, you will ask for more salary once your personal requirements increase in life you will keep doing this(which is fact :) ),was not even ready to listen to any of my point. I was waiting for him to come to technical questions as I was informed this will be technical round itself. I just want to ask this person one question - How did you reach at this position? You too must have done the same, must have asked for hike, promotions, changed jobs for better career growth, right?
