After 2 pre-screening phone calls from the recruitment agency I had a 2 hour video interview with MD and Manufacturing Director. This was followed up with a 10 minute call from the MD to ask a further question.

I thought the team were nice but they ghosted after what I thought was a nice professional chat. I even emailed to thank them for their time and ask for feedback but nothing. Don't waste your time here. The base rate for the skillset is low and they clearly don't value anyone's time.
