My overall interview process experience with Celonis was amazing, from the first initial email contact till the end! It was first of all personal, genuine, transparant and clear. The follow up after each step was within a few days and she always kept me in the loop of every step. I had in total 4 interview rounds and each and every interviewer was well prepared, made me feel comfortable & safe, and the questions were well structured and I could really tell that all interviewers were very seasoned professionals with strong backgrounds in the business. The offer stage negotiating was also very transparant & respectful and I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Once the contract was signed I received two weeks before starting date my laptop and onboarding instructions and most of the steps are very straightforward and if I had any questions I emailed IT support or onboarding and they immediately replied or gave me a call to help.
