Entretien
2-3 interviews, business/business casual attire. They are selective, but the interview is not necessarily difficult. Research Behavioral Interviewing if you want to prepare. They generally focus on getting to know you and are mostly concerned with attitude, work ethic, and mental agility. They want people who are highly motivated, open to challenges, and are comfortable getting uncomfortable from time to time. Knowing someone who works there can help.

What is your most difficult/rewarding professional accomplishment to date?
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.

It was a very quick and straight forward interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond to emails and calls and was able to get me scheduled for an interview within days of applying and completing the initial screening process… she was very thorough, friendly and informative.
