Great but kinda long. You fill out an app online, take a few tests, then on to a phone interview. If or when you make it to the next in person interview with the market recuriter. Then a final interview usually with a Regional Director

One on one with one interview possibly two you get a notification pretty which and training is three months. Learning the systems and system trainings. Then you got the floor it's a great job
The interview process was relaxed. The interviewer asked several standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming. They explained the job in detail and how pay and benefits would work.
