At first I met with Elliot at a career fair. From there I was called and set up an appointment for an interview. The first interview was basically going over the job and what is required. You are asked what your goals are and what you need. From there, if you are a good fit, you are set up with a second interview. This interview prepares you in more detail about what to expect from training and working on the floor.

I had a wonderful phone interview with a recruiter from this company. This was a very informational interview about the company and was pleasantly pleased. She was very pleasant and down to earth!!!
