First had a phone interview with the Recruiter and then a personality review test to determine what type of sales person you are. If you pass that test, then you interview with the store manager/team lead and if they approve of you as a candidate you interview with the Regional Manager. My case was unique because I was relocating so I met with the store manager and the regional manager at the same time since I had to fly in for my interview.
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.

It was a very quick and straight forward interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond to emails and calls and was able to get me scheduled for an interview within days of applying and completing the initial screening process… she was very thorough, friendly and informative.

Very easy interview, was done quickly and felt very comfortable. Recruiter was very nice. It was a good interview. I liked the questions the recruiter asked. It was good and quick interview.
