Very unorganized company. HR recruiter lack proper communication. I was contacted by the recruiter. Did a screening interview then took almost 2 weeks for the second round interviewed. After completing the second round, HR stated that they wanted to move forward with a 3rd round, which was a panel interview for 2 hours but it was not clear what clinical research position they were interviewing me for. I emailed and call the recruiter for further clarification but she was non responsive. I only recieved a decline email two weeks later that they selected another candidate. Later, I found out that the position was never filled. Very strange. I would not recommend this company. Lack of professionalism and clear communication with HR recruiter
