Well defined interview process. Multiple layers but responsive. Has to go through different level of HR and senior management. Good communication overall throughout the interview process which lasted approximatelt 2 week.

Type of leadership and work under pressure. They wanted to make sure I was available during operating hours and sales driven, which is normal for a sales manager position.
