Applied on Ziprecruiter, then I received a really informal message through the ziprecrutier messenger asking me if I can come in for an interview. The interviewer was very friendly but it did seem like a bit of a mess. Office was very busy and the interview seemed like a rush and a bit unprofessional. They asked me if I was married with kids. I didnt hear back from them but did not expect to after the way they invited me through Ziprecruiter... that never happens usually I get invited formally through direct email.
