It was a group dynamics, honestly it was hard to understand the point of it. It was for a technical position, but the dynamics was based purely in social interaction, in the end I believe they chose the ones they liked the most, probably they were evaluating cultural fit...

The interviews are very simple, with simple group activities, where you'll have to present yourself, say one lie and two truths about yourself and the others have to guess which one is the truth. After that, there is only a interview to understand the best fitting team for your profile
