Entretien
1 zoom interview and an 2 person interviews. Interviewed with the test engineering manager. Was asked about experience and education. The in person interview was done by the hardware and software test engineer leads. Questions were again about experience in manufacturing, testing electronics, and problem solving.

Entretien
It was smooth. Infact fast if they like the candidate. They had put in all efforts for me, getting clearances for me and it really felt bad to finally decline the offer after initially accepting it. But if the company is looking to cement its position attracting talents, then it needs to offer the best package. As a matter of policy, they offer only 1 year contract, no benefits and no job security. I spoke with a few over LinkedIn and was told only a few were provided permanent roles while others werent extended or asked to leave after contract depending upon the team's business with particular client. I had received an permanent job offer with attractive compensation elsewhere with benefits. So I had to decline this. I do really regret not working for Celestica, but that's how it is.

Basically they gave me an product and asked me how will I go around testing it, software architecture and hardware selection for this product, test strategy and BOM requirements.
