Shady interview practices. I've applied many times in the past few years. The first time, I got an interview, and the interviewer asked some probing questions about why I needed a consistent weekday off, and then why I needed regular therapy appointments, and then what is my diagnosis where I need regular therapy appointments. The second time, the bottom of the application asked if I had any disabilities where I would require accommodations. I've never gotten another interview, despite my repeated application and my qualifications becoming more and more relevant. Not sure if they've blacklisted me for being disabled, but their application and interview questions are definitely illegal under the ADA.
