It was simple, first a phone screen with HR and then a video interview with nursing manager and nursing educator. They asked typical questions and were easygoing. More so be prepared to questions about your specialty, why Cedars, where do you see yourself in 5-10 years.

Over zoom. A lot of scenario questions some on conflict resolution and some where I was given patient vitals, presentation, and medications and what I would do. Interviewers were friendly
