I applied for the Associate Applications Specialist position in the Los Angeles office in October/November 2015. There were two total rounds. The first round was a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter. It mainly went over my resume, as well as some other behavioral questions. About two weeks later, I was invited into the office for an all-day interview. I began with a series of tests that evaluated me on skills in math, English and grammar, and logic. I was allotted three hours for the tests, so there was more than enough time (I finished in about 45 minutes). When I came back, all that was left was an hour for a presentation and an interview. We were told to come prepared to give a ten minute presentation on whatever I wanted. I used this as an opportunity to speak about an extracurricular that was both important to me as well as full of relevant experiences. My interviewer gave me a review of the presentation and proceeded to jump into a series of fairly standard behavioral interview questions.
The only negative comment about this process was how long it took them to give me an answer as to whether or not I had an offer. It took them a little over a month to get back to me and didn't really explain to me why it was going to take them that long.

Very slow process and the interviewer did not know a lot about this specific position. Even if I had been called back, I would not have been interested. She said that it would be about 2 months before they would know if they wanted me to move to the next round of interviews.

First there was a phone interview of basic behavioral questions. Then there was an extensive in-person interview consisting of a 10 minute presentation where you can choose any professional topic, which was done in front of one person but later two others joined. Then another interview quite similar to the phone interview.
