Basic questions and overview of the position. About another week later after the interview got a call to come in for 2nd interview with the manager, and i tell ya this was one of the most polite ladies I ever met she shared with mee her vision of a manager/leadership as I was telling her my ultimate goals in the healthcare industry. She also shared with me what the leads and sups had to say about me and I was AMAZED what they had to say about me. Next thing I know manager gave me the unofficial offer (since HR are the ones who give you the contingent job offer) she love what I had to bring to the table and absolutely believe in me. Best interview i ever had
