The interview process took 2 months. I applied for the ICU internship in October and received a call from a recruiter for a zoom interview mid January. I interviewed on a Monday and was offered the position the next day. The interview was 30 mins long and it was 1:1 with the ICU director. The interview was challenging and make sure you know your stuff related to the unit. The interview consisted of more clinical based questions than behavioral.

I spoke with an HR recruiter, who eventually set up a phone interview with the manager of the ICU. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes. It was mainly about my years of experience, how many a certain type of patient I'd taken, and what the specific devices I took were. it was originally supposed to be a video interview, but their Skype didn't work.
