Pretty easy, had phone interview first and then an in person interview, questions were standard. I was a little annoyed they asked for 5 references so early in the process, right after the phone interview before the in person. The interviews were fine but I knew at one question I had messed up and was pretty sure I wouldn't get the job. However, they dragged out the process of declining me for over 5 weeks after that. It would have been more professional and courteous if they had eliminated me sooner so I didn't continuously follow up and could move on to something else.
