The interview process was not stressful and the interviewers were very professional. I primarily interviewed with the hiring manager but later on, one of the physician's administrative assistants joined in on the conversation. The entire interview process lasted between 1-1.5 hours, followed by a tour of the building, labs, and meeting the Principal Investigator.

Explain your resume thoroughly, emphasize on lab skills and patient interaction. Be clear, concise and direct with position expectations as far as growth goes. Advocate for a higher salary once you've gotten enough experience, I recommend joining new labs if you want new/more experience.
