Applied the beginning of January and received a call the third week of February. Drove a few hours to interview the last week of February. I interview with two managers, it was a pleasant interview. The next day I got a request for transcript and complete background. I then got a job offer an hour after the background was complete. I declined the offer because the salary was too low and there was no negotiation allowed.
