You have to submit your resume online through an affiliated page in which you will be selected if you passed for the initial screening and interview. When you receive an email you will be invited for a mass hiring in a specific location with your schedule. You will be physically screened to check your height, arm reach, tattoos, scars, and smile.

Good and very easy, but proper grooming, posture, and communication skills are needed. You need to speak fluent english and have neat physical appearance. There are a lot competition. You also need to be able to describe yourself and sell yourself why you are worthy of being a cabin crew member
