Interview process was straight forward. It took maybe a month or two after submitting the paper application to be interviewed. Standard interview questions. Mostly questions about your view of fashion and customer service.
It was pretty Informal. I felt very comfortable with the manager. She asked me questions about what customer service meant to me and my experience. She explained the job hours and expectations. She talked about pay and availability needs.
