Expect at least 2 rounds of interviews, if not 3, even for entry to mid-level roles. The first interview is usually a 30-minute screening with HR then typically the second and third are panel interviews.

Entretien
1st interview was with HQ in Baltimore over skype. 30 minute interview, simple straight forward questions and 2nd interview with local management team 3 people. It was one hour many STAR questions.
