Process is well planned and executed.
Start of with an team strategy to solve a problem or find the best solution. Then it was technical exam which is fairly easy and related to exam questions.
The sim session was the highlight, even though the motion was deactivated for the 777. This concludes day 1
Day 2 is quite hectic with a medical which will do everything, like eyes, ears, urine, x rays, etc.
Then you will be doing an English proficiency over the phone with someone in Australia just answer some basic questions to test your proficiency. then it will be time for the panel interview

Online interview via MS Teams. Very basic HR questions about myself, my flight experience. It's a 30-min interview, no technical at all. They asked me to show them my documents, passport, pilot certificates at the end.
