I applied online through the standard questioning proceedure and it was 2 months before I heard back I would have a telephone interview. The interview was simple competency and and company lnowledge based. The assessment centre was then a week later. 6 people for two positions. The day started with a presentation, then group exercise, followed by a writting exercise and interviews. The interview was an hour long - half competency half techincal. The competency questions were STAR structure but very odd questions which had not come across before. The techincal questions were based around a component which they showed me: I did not know what the component was but once found out easily talked about it. After lunch there were individual presentations, followed by a factory tour.
