The interview process consisted of a two part engagement, (being interviewed by two people from mgmt). Basic questions about pneumatic components and processes. They were really keen for a person with a strong background with mechanical inclined skills. The interview was very professional, somewhat intense and not laid back in any sense.

first you get a call then you are scheduled for a testing that takes about 2 hours or so if you pass you go to 2 1 on one interviews with two different interviewers immediately after. basic behavioral name a time when type questions from one and the second was more about your resume and experience for the specific job. then drug test. then got call the next day.
