Basically got ghosted after they reached out to me with the interest of scheduling an interview. Took a long time (months) to hear back after my initial application, and once being reached out to and expressing my continued interest and offering some times for a screen call the same day, I did not hear back even after reaching out once more. Didn't feel professional at all. It's ok if you've chosen to move on with another candidate, but just be clear about that to other contenders.
