First interview was an on-campus 30 minute interview. Second round is a visit to Peoria office. Interview was conversational. The interviewer seemed very friendly and interested in my responses. It took a while to hear back from them but that could be because they were going through an acquisition of another company.

It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
