Entretien
I was initially called for a telephone interview that I thought went OK. Questions asked inlcuded technical questions, engineering questions, application questions, strategy questions, what-if questions, leadership questions. The interviewed did not have CAt knowledge which undermined the quality of the interview in my opinion.

Three stage process with a focus on product knowledge. A lot of the interview was related to emotional quotient more than iq. typical interview would be atleast three rounds all involving a panel comprising of different specialized people and from various types of dept. levels were tough so was the whole process tiring
