The company came for campus placements in SASTRA UNIVERSITY.
They mostly hr questions and questions about your project. Very few technical questions were asked. They were also interested in selecting female candidates.

the company had vacancy for the post of section manager .as a part of the selection, the interview process in which i participated was not good. I feel that it could have been better conducted by the company themselves

Everything is situational--answer in the STAR format. Tell them about a 1) Situation that you were in, 2) the tasks/actions taken, and 3) the results. Obviously, they want to hear about past actions that you've taken that had a positive outcome.
