Very unprofessional and this is the first time that this happen to me. The hiring manager wanted me to move forward but the recruiter disqualify my application. was offer a interview view email hiring manager but did not say it was a informal interview. They offer a second interview but this time I wanted to know the hiring process and salary before I pursue this opportunity. My reply was to get on the interview to find out. I didn’t go with it because I had no idea what to expect throughout this process. I ask them to answer a few questions before scheduling but they never did.
