Most of the questions are star based so practice with those questions. It was hit or miss on whether the interviewer will actually engage or just check off questions.
Applied online, in person interview at a conference. Got offer 3 weeks later. Very chill interview. Encouraged STAR method for answers to the questions. Lots of questions, probably around 10. No technical questions.

phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.

it was an wonderful experience, first round was a online assessment then followed by a two day hackathon and after completely the hackathon there will be only one technical interview.
