The interview process consisted on two individual interviews with two recruiters. The interview was more of a personality test, with each interview lasting about 30 minutes or so. The recruiters were laid back and typed everything that you said into their computers.
After the interviews, I did not hear anything back from the recruiters. They did not tell me why they did not give an offer or anything. I emailed the recruiter and did not get any response back at all.

The interview is STAR type where it sta ds for specofic, timely, actionable and rezult. So keep examples handy in that format. It will help to make note in a panel i terview style.

Recruiter reached out through email to set up an interview, and I ended up on a skype interview with 3 Caterpillar employees. Was contacted several weeks after the interview with an offer.

Campus interview. Met and talked with a representative at the job fair on campus. Was able to schedule an interview in the next couple days for an engineering intern position.
