The interview was not what I expected. I was referred through a staffing agency and they really talked up the job and the CEO. However, when I met with the CEO he had very poor people skills, and I felt like I was just being drilled the entire time. He was also very condescending, he made no reference to my work experience, and kept telling me I was entry level. I graduated from college several years ago, and have several years of documented experience. The CEO could not provide a clear job description either, and I began to feel bad for the last person who had that job. Half way through the interview I began to question the stability of the company, and if I was actually going to get paid regularly if I took this position.

Entretien
Very awkward. The CEO interviewed me and asked me all sorts of questions that I would expect from a more...compensated position. He talked a lot about having to work your way up and when I realized that meant basically working for free to prove myself, I felt like I was in a presentation with a Multi-Level Marketing scheme. I was told I needed a 4 year degree for this job and felt like it would be more like $40-60k a year, only to find out it would be making less than I made as a part time student worker years ago.
