The interview process was well orchestrated, from initial outreach on linkedin to the onsite interviews. The interview team was friendly, well organized and focused, and the scheduling was timely with just the right amount of pressure to get to the finish line (some companies can drag this process out to become months).

Entretien
Interview process was well coordinated and intentional, definitely something I hope other companies copy in the future :-). Throughout the process the recruiting team was responsive and worked with my timeline - segmenting some modules and combining others! In particular the recruiting team was always up-to-date, transparent, and helpful and I didn't spend weeks (as opposed to some other companies) waiting for feedback.

Usual managerial questions: you meet with your manager, some people from the potential team, other eng leadership, the XFN stakeholders you would work with and lastly engineering leadership as well. There is a strong focus on how you operate, how you empower others, and how do you empathize with customers -- theres no 'gotcha' questions or tricks.
