I was not impressed at all with the interview process at Catalina. They are quick to get you into their office after one simple phone screen. They even have you fill out W2s and applications to give them when you arrive. The interviews are easy. No process. Simple questions. Relaxed. Most seemed to not care at all. The kicker and the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen??? They give you this old case study with limited data and limited information. Then they make you create a presentation and present your findings to a panel. It is terrible and something that is not needed for senior level positions. It almost feels like they are testing your credibility. You have to do this for all jobs. Thanks but no thanks
