I submitted application to one of their position posted on indeed.com. The recruitor responsed very quickly. The hiring manager phone interview is setup the next day. It went well. She asked several job related questions. Then the next is face to face interview in Castro & Company's office. The whole interview process took two weeks. It is the my best job interview experience.
