Technical phone interview followed by onsite interview with a panel of 5. Apart from one interview all other interviewees were very friendly. After onsite interview they kept postponing the decision for 3 weeks. Finally HR called out of blue and told that they would like to extend an offer but I rejected it. Ironically, after rejecting the offer I got an email saying that Casper does not want to move forward with my application!
