Entretien
I would say the interview was very productive with plenty of back and forth discussion. I did not feel there was any wasted time in the discussion. First round was to weed out candidates while the second is to meet people in person and see how the office environment feels.

Basic engineering questions for EEs, relating to transformers, VFDs, and the NEC codebook. Eventually transitions into more personal questions. Moments you're proud of etc.
