The recruiter contacted me within a day or 2 of applying and set up a phone screen with me that week. She was friendly, warm, personable and very easy to speak with. Before scheduling me for a second interview, she let me know another role had come available that I may be interested in. She invited me to consider it also and made herself available for any questions I had. In the 2nd round interview I spoke with 2 very nice, very smart women who clearly know the company and their jobs very well, and the call took place as a relaxed, easy going, conversational Teams video call.
