The interview process included an initial interview, a panel interview with four team members/ managers , and then a performance task overnight. I was not asked to proceed in the interview process after the performance task.

I got a phone interview first with the HR generalist, and they invited me to the office for an interview with two Senior Associates who managed the projects I would work on. After that, I got another interview with the Principal (owner of the company) and another Associate who would work closely with me. In the last interview, I was asked to prepare and give a hands-on presentation on how to boost recycling rate at Seattle corporations.
