I recently interviewed with Cascade Aviation Services for a manufacturing position. Throughout the interview process, the team was friendly, professional, and communicative. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss the role and learn more about the company. However, after receiving a formal offer, the company later rescinded it while they were “reviewing the position and compensation structure.” While I understand that roles and budgets sometimes change, clearer communication and internal alignment before extending an offer would have created a smoother candidate experience rather than a seemingly non-thought out and confusing one. Overall, the people I met were somewhat welcoming, and I respect the work they do, but I would recommend the company ensure that compensation ranges and role expectations are finalized before presenting an offer to a candidate. This would help maintain transparency and prevent confusion for applicants.
