The interview process consist of two separate interviews. Both interviews are set up similar with leadership comprising of the Sheriff, Jail Administration and a few Jail Sergeants on one side of a table and you on the other side. If you pass the first interview you will be invited to a second interview on a separate day. Be prepared for scenario based questions and what would you do in this situation. The usual questions such as: what would make you a good fit for this job, explain a situation where you had to work with a difficult employee or co-worker etc.
