They were very serious in the beginning. I was trying to break the ice but nothing I did would get them to budge! Until they can hear my daughter in the background saying "rawr I'm ganna get you!" I finally got the laugh I was looking for to help me determine if I want to work in a uptight environment or a welcoming environment!
