Entretien
There were 3 interviews, the first was a phone screen. Before the second interview, they have you complete an interview exercise that goes over topics like operations, client management, and listing health. The second interview is going over the interview exercise and behavioral questions. The third interview is with one of their executive members. Overall the interviews were well structured and they are very upfront about what you should expect. Everyone who interviewed me was engaged and offered ample time to ask questions. The entire process took about a month.

Entretien
1st Interview was awesome - the interviewer was very relaxed and asked mainly general behavioral questions.
The next step was an assignment to test Excel skills, testing your ability to write an email about a difficult co-worker, listing optimization knowledge and an optional section on advertising.
I turned the assignment in early and was invited to schedule a 2nd interview, that I was very much looking forward to. The point of this interview was to show how I answered questions on the Excel exercise.
I was also told I'd be compensated with $50 Amazon gift card.
I scheduled the interview and on the day of the interview, the interviewer cancelled it... so I booked another one for the next day and it was cancelled again. I then received an email 30 minutes later stating that hiring was "postponed" from January to March or April and that they'd reach out when they were hiring next. They also promised me the Amazon gift card.
It's pretty upsetting knowing that I jumped through so many hoops to work for such an established and respected agency. I felt like my time was not respected and it seems like they made their decisions quickly and without much notice at all. I really expected more.
I feel like my time was ultimately wasted.
I also never got the Amazon gift card.

Entretien
The interview process was very structured, timely, and transparent.
It started with an assessment which they pay you to take. Then it's followed by an interview with one of their Brand Managers with a Brand Specialist also sitting in on the interview. Ending with a final interview with one of their Executive members.
It took place over a course of 2 weeks.
