It is totally out of my mind, First of all they conduct a 4 hrs of induction round. Then it will take around 3 rounds and every thing was fine It will take about 6 hours. After 3 days of hard struggle, I got the response that my current salary is so high according to there standards and they are ready to hire me on a demotion of about 30%. They don't have that much of budget to match the candidates' current salary so why to call them for interview??
